The Head of Marketing will lead our brand, and be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that aligns with our revenue goals.

About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO / CRO, the Head of Marketing will lead our brand, and be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that aligns with our revenue goals.
You will lead demand generation, brand positioning, and account-based marketing (ABM) to accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS marketing, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.
You’ll be responsible for
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Owning and executing an ambitious marketing vision aligned to company goals
- Evolving and leading delivery and optimisation of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to support business growth
- Collaboratively work with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Demand Generation and Growth Strategy
- Driving demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and events.
- Working in partnership with the sales team, develop an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target high-value enterprise customers.
- Implementing and leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture and convert leads efficiently.
Customer & Market Insights
- Working closely with our commercial analytics and product teams, embedding customer and market insights into ongoing optimisation to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends.
- Using these data-driven insights to refine messaging, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Brand and Positioning
- Refining and leading execution of a compelling brand strategy that positions 15Gifts as a thought leader in the industry.
- Developing high-impact content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs, to establish credibility and drive engagement.
- Leading PR, media relations, and analyst engagement to enhance brand visibility.
Team & Agency Leadership
- Collaborating closely with internal design and product teams to maintain a cohesive brand experience
- Managing two marketers and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and measurable ROI across all marketing activities
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Establishing and reporting on key marketing metrics to the leadership team
- Implementing robust experimentation frameworks to foster continual marketing innovation
Rebrand & Relaunch
We are currently undergoing a significant rebrand and product relaunch, making this a pivotal moment for our company. The Head of Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing this transformation, ensuring a strong market repositioning, seamless rollout, and consistent messaging across all channels.
The person we’re looking for
- Extensive, enterprise SaaS marketing experience, including in a leadership role, ideally during significant transformation or high-growth phases
- Proven expertise in enterprise marketing, ABM strategies, and crafting compelling messaging for enterprise buyers
- Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth with demonstrable ROI
- Strategic thinker with exceptional ability to translate goals into execution, supported by strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of innovative technologies (AI experience a plus) with entrepreneurial mindset focused on customer-centric solutions
- Outstanding communicator and collaborator capable of influencing senior stakeholders while effectively managing both internal and external marketing resources
- Bonus: Experience marketing managed services offerings and communicating their unique value proposition
