About the role

We are at a very exciting time in our development as a business, both from a technology perspective and from a commercial perspective. This role is fundamental in the growth of our business.

Sitting within the sales and marketing team, the candidate will be responsible for generating new business, with a major focus on driving pipeline across new markets.

The individual will have access to existing sales tools such as HubSpot CRM and ZOOMinfo to source new leads and will work closely with the marketing team to drive success from marketing campaigns. In addition, the candidate will support the evolution of the contact strategy as the company grows, bringing fresh ideas to build out a refined sales cadence.

There are plans to grow the commercial team substantially over the next few years. The right candidate will not only have the opportunity for career progression, but will be part of the journey as we build our future team and define new processes.

The person we’re looking for
  • Driven and self-motivated SDR
  • 2+ years of successful SDR experience, preferably for a B2B SaaS product
  • Proven experience of driving leads globally (especially US)
  • Proven experience of driving leads within large enterprise brands 
  • Confident in speaking to senior level prospects
  • Expert in building pipeline of prospects 
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
You’ll be responsible for
  • Creating target prospects lists and penetrating key accounts
  • Cold outreach to prospects generated by a variety of sources
  • Nurture new inbound marketing leads
  • Schedule appointments and host demo sessions
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM system
  • Working closely with the commercial team to refine the sales outreach strategy
