About the role

We are now looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years experience to join our Product team and be part of our new Business Analyst team. The individual will work closely with our Customer team, Data team and Tech team to implement features aligned to best practice configuration. 

A key part of the role is to understand and document the requirements for customers whilst identifying new product features that will enhance the value we deliver. You’ll also assist teams and individuals across the business to identify inefficiencies in the current working practices and help implement new ways of working across all functions of the business.

The person we’re looking for

– 3+ years of experience

– Proven in working in a SaaS product environment

– Experience of using agile and hybrid development methodologies 

– Has an eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset and is always looking for improvements in our product and ways of working

– Loves to work in a challenging customer facing role

– Loves problem solving, seeking out issues and delivering change 

– Excellent communicator

– Happy working with technical resources and senior management alike 

– Desire to be part of a fast growing business with a high pace of change

You’ll be responsible for

Business Analysis / Requirements Definition:

– Can work closely with the Customer Squads to scope work by gathering, documenting and estimating requirements 

– Work with Product Managers and Customer Squads to define quarterly customer success plans

– Can define and document functional and technical requirements in the form of user stories unambiguously and communicate these to both technical and non-technical team members

Best Practice Product Configuration:

– Working with the Senior Business Analyst to ensure our product is configured to best practice across clients as per the ‘best practice blueprint’ created by the Product Team

– Can work with Customer Squads (cross functional teams) to deliver the product based on the best practice configuration blueprint

Process Efficiency:

– Can process map an existing process, identify issues and their root causes and outline solutions to fix the problems

– Can measure current process effectiveness and define new measures to see how successful any newly implemented ways of working have been
