15gifts shortlisted for Best Customer Conversion Platform in the Performance Marketing Awards 2021

15gifts has been shortlisted for its fourth industry award this year – Best Customer Conversion Platform in the Performance Marketing Awards 2021. It was nominated for its redeveloped guided selling engine, which uses consumer psychology, unique data and advanced machine learning to help customers make confident buying decisions, and its innovative use of unique customer data.

The 15gifts engine allows online retailers to deliver the benefits of human-to-human interaction in the sales process of an online environment, enhancing their online customer experience, uplifting conversion, and increasing revenue significantly.

15gifts’ newly developed customer profiles data offering addresses retailers’ lack of understanding of prospective customers, which is significantly exacerbated by the demise of third party cookies. Profiles data allows them to know as much about prospective customers as they do existing customers, as well as opening up new marketing opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.

This is the fourth time 15gifts has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award this year. It has been nominated, in partnership with Vodafone, for Online Innovation of the Year in the Retail Systems Awards 2021, as well as Ecommerce Technology Vendor of the Year and Personalised Retail Solution of the Year.
