About the role

We're on a mission to see how close our technology can get to offering the same level of service online as you receive from a brilliant high-street assistant, and we need a new junior developer to help us achieve that goal. We’re looking for someone to join our newly formed support team. The team is responsible for maintaining and adding features to our in house back office platform and API.

What we’re looking for

As mentioned we’re looking for a new developer to join our support team. This person will receive all training required to help support both the applications and business. The successful candidate will be a fast learner who can apply their knowledge to unfamiliar problems and spot opportunities to improve existing features or create new ones. The ability to communicate both to technical people within the team and externally to others, in or outside of the company, is essential.

Skills
  • Experience in a scripting language (E.g. Javascript, Perl, Python).
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Keen to learn and adapt with the business.
  • Friendly, approachable and confident.
  • Experience with Javascript, Node.js, or Perl would be advantageous but not required.

About the role

Our decision engines are already live across some of the largest brands in the UK and are expanding to markets around the globe. We are looking for a developer to join us as our business expands to partners around the world.

We’re looking for a backend developer to help us grow and maintain our product API’s and internal back office system. We are in the process of rewriting our back office from Perl to Javascript so any experience with Node.js would be advantageous.

What we’re looking for

As mentioned we’re looking for the 1st member of our support team. This person will receive all training required to help support both the applications and business. The successful candidate will be a fast learner who can apply their knowledge to unfamiliar problems and spot opportunities to improve existing features or create new ones. The ability to communicate both to technical people within the team and externally to others, in or outside of the company, is essential.

Skills
  • 2+ years experience with a scripting language (Javascript, Perl, Python).
  • Understanding of Node.js.
  • Database experience preferably mySQL.
  • Experience building scalable web services and applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn new languages, tools and libraries.
  • Being a full-stack developer with a backend emphasis would be ideal.
  • Experience with Ubuntu, Vagrant, Docker, or AWS would be a plus.
  • Up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies.

About the role

As a data analyst you will leverage our data to discover insights that guide our team and support our clients. To be successful in this role you need to be highly analytical, have a passion for data and enjoy presenting your findings in a visually compelling way. You will understand how the right data can improve decision making and directly drive growth. A natural curiosity is essential, as is a drive to get involved post-analysis to make sure your insights have been acted upon.

Skills
  • 2+ years experience applying analytics within a business environment
  • Thorough working knowledge of SQL
  • Working knowledge of Python and/or R
  • Capable of presenting data in a clear and engaging way to non-technical audiences
  • Experience designing and building dashboards/BI tools
  • A solid understanding of statistical testing and modelling techniques (desirable)

The position

Due to significant growth, we are now looking for a talented UX designer to join the product team and help drive our products forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity, that would allow you to work closely with leading UK and global brands, as well as having a large influence on a young product.

The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of UX design experience within a digital agency or product environment.

About the role

Working alongside our product owners, lead UX designer and visual designers to create groundbreaking digital products

Ability to work as a part of a team or individually to deliver results Designing new features and optimisations for both our existing products and internal tools

Taking ownership of a product aspect to guide its evolution and optimisation forward

Developing ideas that improve user engagement and have a positive impact upon conversion

Building interactive product prototypes

Validating and briefing with developers to ensure feasibility and clarity of
intent

Recruiting candidates and conducting usability tests, in order to validate new features and product optimisations

Undertaking user research

Planning, creating and facilitating a UX workshop

Skills
  • 2+ years as a UX practitioner, ideally within a digital product based environment
  • Demonstrable history of reasoned UX decision making
  • Experience of iterating a digital product
  • Experience of planning and running UX workshops
  • A background of working closely with both developers and visual designers
